Indications for gynecological plastics
Indications for gynecological plastic surgery are:
- neoplasms in the intimate zone (papillomas, genital warts, and hemangiomas);
- aesthetic defects – congenital and due to injuries or unsuccessful operations;
- postpartum scars due to cesarean section, episiotomy, perineal or vaginal tears;
- decreased pelvic muscle tone;
- age or postpartum enuresis;

- asymmetry or hypotrophy of the genital lips;

Contraindications for gynecological plastics

- severe pathologies of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems;
- bleeding disorders;
- local inflammatory processes (vulvovaginitis, colpitis, endometritis, urinary infections);
- oncological diseases;
- diabetes;

- menses.
Rehabilitation period
Depending on the type and complexity of the procedure, the rehabilitation period can be from 3-5 days (after scars laser removal) to several weeks (after plastics of the muscles of the pelvic floor or removal of neoplasms). At this time it is not recommended:
- taking the bath, sauna, solarium;
- hypothermia the operated area;
- wearing tight underwear;
- carry on a sex life;
- do sport;
- lift heavy objects;
- the use of alcohol or smoking.
